Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
We also want you to get your High and Pure on as quickly as possible, so we will try to ship your order the following business day after you make a purchase. Keep in mind, orders received on Friday will be sent out the following Monday, excluding holidays. We offer flexible free shipping on orders over $30, any orders under $30 pay a flat $5.00 flexible shipping charge. “Flexible Shipping” is ground shipping and will get to you in 3 – 10 days depending on your location. Shipping time and cost for expedited orders varies and will be displayed in your cart at checkout.
For PO Box addresses, please select Flexible shipping at checkout. Your order will ship via USPS. Expedited/UPS shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
Due to security restrictions, the USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages to APO/FPO/DPO locations. While carriers such as FedEx and UPS offer delivery to countries where military personnel may be stationed, packages from these private carriers cannot be delivered directly to a military base.
All shipping methods are subject to weather or construction delays.
High and Pure is committed to sourcing the most environmentally friendly packaging that meets our needs to protect the product. We commit to incorporating as much recycled material as possible, reducing plastic wherever we can, using 100% certified paper products (Forest Stewardship Council and Sustainable Forestry Initiative), staying informed on new innovative opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders (in and out of our industry) to further packaging best practices beyond our individual impact.
Orders placed with Flexible Shipping will be Ground Shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or DHL based on order and delivery address.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and/or proof of purchase.
To start a return: you must contact us at cs@highandpure.com and request an RA# (return authorization number) Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2686 Johnson Drive, Ste 201, Ventura, CA 93003
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the return reason is other than defective/damage/wrong item, we will deduct only $5.00 from your refund amount.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The above shipping and return policies apply.

European Union and International orders (14 days cooling off period)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, or other destinations internationally. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping, customs, duty, and any associated taxes.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
