DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of High and Pure, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to High and Pure LLC.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from us and/or our retail partners.

• What does this limited warranty cover?
  • This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
  • During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products and/or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
• What will we do to correct problems?
  • We will repair the Product, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or ship you the replacement part at no charge (where applicable).
  • If we cannot repair, it then we will replace the item.
• How long does the coverage last?
  • The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is one year from the original date of purchase.
  • Any replaced or repaired Physical Goods and/or parts assumes the remaining warranty from the original date of purchase.
    • Example: If you purchase a product from us on 04/22/2024 and we repair/replace that product any time before 04/21/2025, all warranties on such product (new/replaced/repaired) expire on 04/21/2025.
  • Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
• What does this limited warranty not cover?
  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping.
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
  • We do not cover any shipping charges under this warranty. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • To obtain a warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser.
